Following the success of an earlier application for a trade counter scheme at this location, SPL were instructed to progress comparable proposals on an adjacent site.
SPL coordinated the project team, prepared and submitted the planning application which comprised 3no. B2/B8 units with ancillary retail use. SPL have significant experience in trade-counter type development and this proved invaluable in negotiating a suitably worded flexible consent to ensure there were no onerous planning conditions and that the operator’s trading requirements could be met.
Consent was granted in October 2016.
