Roger is a chartered Town Planner with over 25 years experience in the private sector providing advice to clients on all aspects of the town planning process. He acts for major development companies, funds, retailers, charities and private individuals.

Roger has wide experience in providing guidance on a range of development proposals ranging from housing and commercial schemes to major retail applications including foodstores and non-food schemes. Over the years Roger has secured consent for in excess of 1 million ft. of new retail floorspace across the UK.

Roger is an experienced witness at planning inquiries and works closely with members of the planning bar. He is an acknowledged expert in retail impact analysis and application of the sequential approach.
