Holly is a chartered Town Planner with over 16 years experience in the private sector providing advice to clients on all aspects of the town planning process. She acts for house builders, contractors, development companies, funds, retailers and private individuals.

With a comprehensive understanding of the factors that guide and influence the planning and development process, Holly advises on all aspects of planning work. Holly is able to provide informed opinions on the development potential of a site and is able to devise a planning strategy to best steer a project through the planning process including early identification of potential planning issues and, if necessary, promotion of sites through the development plan process. Holly is an accomplished project manager and on behalf of the client Holly is able to effectively instruct and manage large consultant teams.

Knowledge of different sectors ensures that Holly is ideally placed to advise on residential and mixed use schemes and to combine specialist retail planning knowledge with residential development experience where mixed use schemes are proposed.

In recent years retail asset management and enhancement has become important and Holly has advised on a range of site enhancements including retail extensions and mezzanines, change of use, extension of goods conditions and petrol filling stations.
