In accordance with Part 1A of the Town and County Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), Simply Planning Ltd are instructed by our client, Hale Energy Ltd, to commence a 28 day period of pre-application public consultation with regards to a forthcoming planning application at Sun Fields, Dream Fields, Llandarcy, SA10 6JU.
Our client is intending to submit a full planning application that seeks the following development at the above site:
Proposed ground mounted solar PV array with a generating capacity of up to 1.3MW, including development of ancillary structures, landscaping and ancillary works
Provided on this webpage are the application form, plans and supporting technical documents that are necessary for the planning application to be validated by the Local Planning Authority.
