Simply Planning Limited, on behalf of our clients, Formula Land (Alderbury) Limited, will be holding a public consultation exhibition with regards to a forthcoming planning application for a residential development at Land off Southampton Road, Alderbury.
The application will seek Outline Planning Permission with all matters reserved except for access for a residential development of up to 47 dwellings, including public open space, a new car park to service the allotments, landscaping and highway improvements.
The public consultation event will have the format of a drop-in event, where presentation boards will be available to preview the proposed development and members of the project team will be on-hand to answer any questions you may have about the development.
The public consultation event will take place in the Fountain Room at Alderbury Village Hall, Rectory Road, Alderbury, SP5 3AD, with events being held on the following times and dates:
- Thursday 8th February – 4pm to 7pm; and
- Saturday 10th February – 10am to 12pm.
