Simply Planning Celebrates Josh Downey’s RTPI APC Success

Simply Planning are delighted to announce that Senior Planner, Josh Downey has earned his Chartered Town Planner status by passing his Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). This marks a major milestone in Josh’s career and strengthens Simply Planning’s commitment to providing expert planning advice.

Originally from Carmarthenshire Josh Joined Simply Planning’s Cardiff office in 2022. Having brought with him undergraduate and post-graduate degrees at Swansea University and Cardiff University and now having achieved his APC he is continuing his professional development and provides excellent service to our clients throughout Wales and the South West.

By passing the APC Josh Downey has proved his planning expertise and commitment to the Town Planning Profession. With his accreditation, he brings the level of accredited planers in the business to seven, meaning that 77% of our planning team are now accredited!
