Simply Planning are pleased to welcome Sophia Rainsford to the team, who has joined the company as an Associate working alongside our London and Birmingham offices.
Sophia has over a decade of experience working in a private sector planning consultancy, working across London and South East England. Her experience in recent years has focussed on strategic mixed-use and residential-led developments working with a number of major PLC house builders and development companies. Sophia has a strong background in all areas of the development management process, including the project management of pre-application enquiries, planning applications and appeals.
We believe that Sophia will be a perfect fit for our team and we are delighted to have her start with the company today
