Our client is intending to submit a full planning application that seeks the following development at the above site:
Demolition of Existing Public House and construction of 21no. flats within 3no. of blocks and associated infrastructure works (part retrospective)
This application is a resubmission of the development approved under application reference 20/0696, which seeks to negotiate a reduced quantum of affordable housing within the development.
