Simply Planning Ltd are instructed by our client, Pyle Garden Centre Ltd, to undertake consultation with members of the public relating to the expansion of the garden centre to provide four additional retail concession units and a revised entrance to the garden centre.
On 23rd March 2023 Simply Planning submitted a planning application to Bridgend Country Borough Council seeking planning permission for the following development:
“Revised Garden Centre entrance and the erection of 4 retail concession units, including demolition of existing structures, landscaping and ancillary works.”
All the plans and documents which support the planning application are available to download from this website. The full proposals are also available to review at the Garden Centre, with a temporary exhibition currently in place in the entrance foyer.
In addition, you can submit consultation responses in support of the application using Bridgend Council’s Planning Search function at the below website and searching for application reference P/23/81/FUL. Comments can be submitted until Thursday 4th May 2023.
