It was good to be back on site this week and see this great scheme nearing completion. A 70-bed luxury nursing and dementia care home on the edge of Didcot secured and built by Mercian Developments Limited and operated by Advinia Health Care.
Planning Permission Secured for Tourist Accommodation in Ceredigion
We are pleased to have secured planning permission for four ‘Lord of the Rings’ style hobbit subterranean hobbit huts near Ystrad Meurig. These will provide a unique tourist experience in a beautiful part of Wales and we are looking forward to seeing the final development. As part of the planning application process we prepared a full Planning Statement, including Tourist Impact Statement, to demonstrate that the proposals would form a viable tourism business, have an acceptable impact to the open countryside and not undermine the tourism offerings in the nearest identified settlement.
